You'll be able to photograph similar lighting conditions at night. If you want to dine in at the restaurant, get there early and take a waiting number — it can get really crowded since it's so popular.

I recommend using a wide-angle lens (24mm) to incorporate the entirety of this interior space, including the long stairway.

Create a focal point by having a model walk up the stairs. If you don't have a friend with you, just be patient and wait for someone to cross into your frame.

Be intentional with how you frame the staircase and illuminated sign. I chose to have the staircase darting across my image with the sign centered overhead.
