You'll be able to capture One New Change and St. Paul's Cathedral any month of year — although changes in weather could give a different feel to your photo.

The photo was taken on a cloudy day that had no sun exposure. You can find similar lighting condition during the morning, midday and late afternoon as long as there isn't strong sunlight.

Commercial shoots are not allowed at this location. The security guards have the right to ask you to stop photographing, but just tell them you're there shooting for fun and there shouldn't be an issue.
