This photo was taken in front of Kaimana Beach. There's ample amount of parking in Waikiki if you get there early enough and after 6PM, you won't have to pay for parking.
Once you've parked your car, walk toward Kaimana Beach. You'll see a bunch of palm trees lined up along the wall before you get on the sand. Reference the GPS coordinates and you'll be able to stand where I stood for this exact perspective.
