North Avenue Beach Lakefront Trail view of Hancock Building & Skyline (high water levels)

One of the best things about Chicago is the skyline that appears as if it emerges out of Lake Michigan. Being able to access the lake is truly a blessing for residents and visitors — especially at blue hour when the city lights turn on and sky and sun has just set.
