This view of the Bacalar Lagoon was taken from the lagoon access area at the Los Rapidos restaurant, which is about 10-20 minutes from the center of Bacalar. Take Highway 307 (Carretera Federal 307, Diego Rojas Zapata) which runs alongside the lagoon. Los Rapidos is clearly marked along the way. A one-way ride would cost about 250 Mexican pesos from the center. Address: Los Rapidos laguna de Bacalar, Carretera Xulha, 77965 Bacalar, Q.R., Mexico
