Not far from the popular town of Kotor is this charming seaside city. Walk along the main road (there's only one in the whole town!) and then head to the water to see the sparkling bay glimmer against the reflection of the hillside architecture.

This view of Perast was taken on an oceanside road alongside the Bay of Kotor. We recommend parking in the lot called "Parking Lot 1" (42.484047, 18.707686) and then walk northwest. Make your way to the Perast Waterfront Apartments and from there, you'll see two small concrete platforms jetting out into the water. We chose the platform closest to the town to photograph from, but you can photograph from either.
