This image was taken from the rooftop of the Empire Stores on the waterfront of the East River in Dumbo, Brooklyn. I stood on the east side of the rooftop, overlooking Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge. Enter the building through the center atrium in the middle of the building. From there, take the outdoor stairs up to a public outdoor space on the rooftop. Reference the GPS coordinate in satellite mode.
