This photo was taken from Azul Rooftop at Hotel Hugo. If you're a guest at the hotel, take the lobby elevator up to 'R', and you will arrive at Azul. If you're not a guest, there's usually a separate entry line outside of the hotel where someone will direct you up to the rooftop. Once you get off of the elevator, you'll enter Bar Hugo (which is the indoor bar) and then you'll find a graffiti clad stairwell that will lead you up to the outdoor rooftop, Azul. South of the rooftop faces the city (pictured). You can also see great views of the Hudson River from here.
