Known as the largest “green” canyon in the world, this view is similar to that of the more famous Horseshoe Bend in Arizona. With the massive river below, you'll be able to take in 360-degree views of lush mountain terrain while capturing an awe-inspiring image.

This image was taken from the Upper Lookout area, with a view of Blyde River Canyon. After getting off of the R532 highway, turn onto Blyde Canyon Resort and then pay the entrance fee before making your way up the main path that will lead you to the Upper Lookout point. Park your car along the road and then walk to the GPS coordinates to get an elevated view of the gorge. Try to go as far left of the main lookout as possible since it'll give you a more unobstructed view of the canyon and make sure to stand on a boulder to give you even more of an elevated view.
