Best season
All months
Best time
Morning, Mid-day, Late afternoon, Sunset, Blue Hour, Night
You can photograph the tunnel any month of year.
You can visit during its opening hours (8:30am-10pm), but I recommend getting there early or going late to avoid the crowds.
Field tips
Definitely use a wide-angle lens (16mm). It'll help you frame the width and depth of the tunnel, as well the ground for a reflection.
The lower you get, the better reflection you'll get!
Be patient and wait for something interested to walk into your frame.
