This rustic building, that dates back to 1618, is surrounded by abundant vegetation (even in the winter!) and craggy rocks trickling with water from the nearby 75-foot waterfall. At the inceptions of its build, the district wanted to be self-sufficient on locally grown goods and grains and today, it serves as a quaint stop along the waterfall's trail.

This image of the old mill house and Scwarzbach River was taken near the walking path of the Gollinger Waterfall.
The best way to get to this location is by car. Once you're there, you can park in the Parkplatz Gollinger Wasserfall lot (47.602219, 13.141010).
If you're visiting in the winter, the ticket booth will be closed, but during other seasons, you may have to pay for a ticket to enter the area.
Past the ticket booth station, you'll see a path on the righthand side that will lead you to the mill. Reference the GPS coordinates and you'll find where I stood for this north-facing perspective of the mill house and river.
