Located on the Kona side of Hawaii Island, Otec features several drains within a short distance of one another that create small, staggered waterfalls on the ocean's edge. Head to this photo spot in the late afternoon and end your day listening to the waves crash against the rocks while the sky lights up in front of you.

This image of the drains and sunset was taken on the south side of Otec, which is an oceanfront park in Kalaoa. The best way to get to this location is by car.
Otec is conveniently located and it's only a short drive from Kona Airport. From Quenn Ka'ahumanu Hwy, make a turn on to Makako Bay Drive and head west toward the ocean. From there, make a right and drive to Wawaloli Beach. Park near Wawaloli Beach and then make your way to Otec.
