Diamond Head Beach Park

@vincelimphoto
Nestled into the foothills of Diamond Back, this spectacular hidden gem of a beach has something for everyone. Surfers can catch wave after wave without the crowds of Waikiki Beach, while snorkelers will discover a dazzling array of marine life in the nearby coral reef. Sit back, relax and enjoy this spacious stretch of sand. (Before flying a drone, check and follow local drone regulations and permit requirements)

This drone photo of where the sea meets the sand was taken from Diamond Head Beach Park. To get here, navigate to Diamond Head Beach Park off of Diamond Head Rd. Park on the south side of the street, just along the road. You'll see a paved entrance path on the south side of the street that leads down to the beach. Once at the bottom, there's about a half mile of sandy beach, so find a spot to kick back, watch the waves and take some drone shots! Directions from Waikiki: - Head southeast on Kalakaua Ave - Turn left onto Poni Moi Rd - Turn right onto Diamond Head Rd - Diamond Head Beach Park is just a short distance ahead on the right
