Night shots of The Helix Bridge and the Marina Bay Sands hotel look great every month of the year.

At night the bridge will be illuminated by changing colored lights that highlight the double-helix structure. You can also capture the laser shows that come from the Marina Bay Sands. The shows are daily at 20:00 and 21:30. On Friday and Saturday nights, there is another show at 23:00.

Field tips

Use a wide angle lens (16-35mm) to capture the length of the bridge and height of the Hotel.

Try composing the image so the Helix Bridge leads the eyes inward to the massive Marina Bay Sands.

Be patient - wait for people to pass and for the Helix Bridge to illuminate to the color of your liking (green, pink, blue).

Stick around for the laser shows that come from the Marina Bay Sands. The shows are daily at 20:00 and 21:30. On Friday and Saturday nights, there is another show at 23:00.
