High Street Centre view of Eu Tong Sen St-River Valley Rd Intersection

This location is in the carpark of the High Street Centre building. Enter the carpark and take the lift to Level 5. Exit and walk straight to the end of the carpark towards the furthest left corner. Through the parking grills, you should be able to see the Eu Tong Sen St and River Valley Rd Intersection, as well as the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (which is the building with colorful windows). By MRT: - Closest MRT Station: Clarke Quay (North East Line) - Take exit “E” - Head southeast toward Eu Tong Sen St - Turn left onto Eu Tong Sen St - Turn right onto N Boat Quay - Turn left onto North Bridge Rd Address: 1 North Bridge Road, Singapore 179094

This intersection is great to shoot every month of the year!

During and after sunset you’ll be able to capture the area’s vibrant lights through a long exposure and the intersection should have heavy traffic (especially during weekdays).

I recommend going to the highest level of the carpark so your shot isn’t obstructed by trees.

You will be photographing through a grill, so you’ll have to balance your camera in the open areas. A spider tripod may be helpful!

With a traffic filled intersection and lights emanating from the streets and buildings, this location is perfect for long exposures.
