This photograph is taken from the 8th floor of the Hong Leong Building carpark and is of the Raffles Quay and Cross St intersection. It is a commercial building, so to avoid suspicion, enter a corridor between KPMG and Watsons convenience store and take the door on the left up the stairs to level 8. If it’s locked (typically on weekends or after hours), you can enter via the carpark entrance gate on Telegraph St – walk up the ramp until you see the lift (or drive all the way up). From the lift, exit right through the double doors, turn right, and turn right again to walk towards the electrical fuse boxes. You’ll see the intersection from there!
