This photo was taken at Dead Horse Point in Dead Horse Point State Park. It's about a 45-minute drive from Downtown Moab.
To get here, make your way US-191 from Moab for 9 miles, turn left onto Utah 313 for 23 miles and then you'll appraoch Dead Horse Point State Park. This specific overlook is at the end of the road you enter on, past the Basin and Meander Overlooks.
Once you arrive, park, walk down the short dirt trail and you'll see the vast canyon and the Colorado River winding its way through.
