Tips

When to go

Best season

All months

Best time

Morning
You can photograph this mural any month of the year.
This location can have tricky lighting with a lot shadows. It really depends on the day, but the morning is the best time to go to get minimal shadows while still allowing light to come through.

Field tips

It's important to take the photo straight on so that the mural is aligned. I find this perspective more aesthetically pleasing than if the mural was off-center.
Be patient with the light! Wait until the shadows are exactly how you want them and then take your shot.
Experiment with the different props your model can use. You can be edgier and use a skateboard or try something more charming, like an umbrella on a rainy day.
