This location is right before the intersection of Keong Saik Rd and Teck Lim Rd. If you see the restaurant Potato Head Folk, you’ll know you’re there! By MRT: - Closest MRT Station: Outram Park (East West Line and North East Line) - Take exit “H” - Head northeast on New Bridge Rd toward Teo Hong Rd - Turn right onto Kreta Ayer Rd - Turn right onto Keong Saik Rd

Shooting the Pinnacle@Duxton from this location is great every month of the year!

If you visit during late-afternoon or sunset the sky will be bright enough to distinctly contrast the old and new architecture. That said, visiting at night when the buildings are lit is also nice – you may even be able to turn a longer exposure into a starburst!

It’s a busy street so photographers please look out for traffic before standing in the middle of the road.

Get creative with how you position the tall Pinnacle@Duxton building in the background that towers over Chinatown. You’ll want to use a wide-angle lens around 35mm to fit It all in the frame!

Experiment with different ways to incorporate the arrows on the road. Are we moving forward or backwards!? Such is life...

Be patient and wait for people, cars and other street life! That is, unless you want your shot to look lifeless :-D
