Unless there is a lot of snow, the brick exterior and Kowalski Sausage Co. neon sign will appear the same all months of year.

I definitely recommend visiting at night when the sign is lit up.

Try shooting your image with a focal length of at least 50mm so you can zoom into the details of the sign while still capturing the length of the façade.

The sky and surrounding area can be quite dark, so consider using a tripod for a crisp shot.

Try taking multiple exposures and merging them in post-processing for a well lit image.
